Education on Alternative Medicine As Natural Treatment

medical education unit

There have been many possible cures for the ringing in ears but none completely successful as yet. Stem cell research is holding out a possible answer to this “incurable” condition. Can stem cell treatment truly be a cure?

Clearly, I had gone the medical route and had been prescribed the usual concoction of antacid tablets and liquids and proton pump inhibitors. I had approximately $20 worth of medication on my shelf ready.

Then as I was browsing the web, I stumbled on the alkaline nature of lemons. To me this sounded stupid; lemons are acidic and could not potentially help. What I discovered was that lemons leave behind an alkaline residue in the body that his highly beneficial to those suffering from angina and acid reflux.

So I started filling up a jug of water and added cut, fresh, unwaxed lemons to the water to cooking during the day. This I drank during the day together with lemon juice in hot water during the evenings. My quest for an education on Natural Treatment For Tinnitus began when my tinnitus didn’t disappear after a day or two. I played in bands for years, and ringing of ears seemed to be normal.

The first thing that I noticed was how refreshed I felt after education

First thing in the morning if I drank this fresh lemon water first thing, instead of my common coffee or tea. At night, especially in hot water, it was also much more relaxing alternative as an end drink. I spotted my angina started to ease, the discomfort in my chest started to ease, and my stomach started to feel miles better. Obviously, there were other participatory elements including cutting back on coffee and tea and making other diet changes; yet the refreshing and healing effect of lemon water were extraordinary.

I did tell the government doctor about lemon juice and its alkalizing effect on the body; she had no idea and just assumed that lemons were acidic: as did I. I want to share with you what I’ve done to greatly improve my tinnitus. First, however, I want to give you some exciting information and education about research into stem cells and its possible cure for tinnitus.

Many people with tinnitus have a reference history of exposure to loud noises at work or in some other area of their life. This constant noise has the effect of damaging and ultimately destroying the delicate nerves in the inner ear.

Simply collecting the stem cells

This would be taken from an embryo and changed to a different type of cell. The general thought is that nerve cells could be grown in the ear and replace the damaged cells and nerves.

The hope is that growing these cells in the ear would be a cure for many types of tinnitus. The education as well as research being done is attempting to find ways to grow the cells and causing these cells to take the place of damaged cells through a process of regeneration. This is exciting research and education, but if successful it could still be years down the road before it’s universally available. However, I’ve found help with my tinnitus, and there are answers for your ringing ears.

My quest was for an education on natural treatment for tinnitus. I’d been through the drugs, masking techniques and talk of possible surgery. I was ready for a different route.

I read all I would find about the possible education on natural treatments and holistic methods. I started with regular exercise which I hadn’t done for years. Walking, biking, working out with weights at home and stretching or yoga are all exercises that I regularly do. Anything that increases the circulation and blood flow has a positive effect on tinnitus. Diet is another area that makes a huge difference in the level of my ringing ears.

Education and changes in diet and herbal supplements

These also have given me help in this battle. The education program I’m using combines many different holistic methods. I’m not cured, but I know I’m on the road to a cure.

So now I still have my medications on the shelf; all untouched. I no longer take anything. Obviously one must go to their medical pro for education first before stopping prescribed medicine, and one should request advice before making any major diet change; For me, though I have stopped buying antacids and stomach medicine and now buy bags of fresh, unwaxed lemons.
